Born in 1981 in Orenburg, Dolgov graduated from the same Orenburg Academy of Fine Arts as his professional artist father and also from Academy of Design in Toronto. Now a Canadian and flourishing artist, Pavel has successfully exhibited his works at Art Expo New York. Prominent art connoisseurs collect his works. Dolgov is now painting commercially as well as for private collectors.
