This is a large commissioned piece with the theme of life's cycles and seasons. Trees are such powerful symbols... their branches reach toward the heavens, yet their roots ground us. Through the seasons, they remain, much like our spirits. This piece was pyrographed on oak and then painted with acrylic paint. It was finished off with a sturdy coat of urethane to protect it, and with heavy duty wire for hanging.
