Elizabeth Victoria (Vicky) Knowles is the creator of Wibbley World, a chimerical place where big-eyed babies, aberrant animals, and other curious creatures from all walks of whimsy reside.  Her playful style, which defies categorization, has been simultaneously described as "cute," "scary," and "surreal."  Drawing and painting since childhood, Vicky grew up in New Vernon, NJ, and graduated from Lehigh University with a degree in Studio Art and Psychology.  She further developed her skills at the School of the Arts in Lacoste, France, The Joe Kubert School of Cartoon & Graphic Art in Dover, The School of Visual Arts, NYC, and Parsons School of Design, NYC.  Primarily an online artist specializing in small format paintings, artist trading cards and hand painted jewelry, Vicky's eclectic creations have been featured in numerous exhibitions and publications, and have won a few awards along the way.
