Could we take preventative action if we knew what lays ahead?
I also wanted this woman to come across as strong and powerful, able to deal with and handle anything that tries to trip her up along the way!
I started by painting my pigmented molten waxes onto specialty encaustic paper.
I cut the abstract paintings into random pieces and shaped the figure.
I finished the background with encaustic paint.
