His main body of work is in glass... although he also works in plaster, wood, and ceramics.
His methods are unique. There can be a dozen layers of fine artwork within the one inch thickness of a six-foot high work. The result is a sculpture with many different characters and moods depending upon the direction of its lighting from the front, side, or behind.
Tony's studio/workshop is in a nineteenth-century converted railway works in Oswestry, Shropshire, England. Visitors are more than welcome: there is a small gallery here with recent work (look for the Cambrian Building by the railway), and there is soon to be a permanent forest gallery nearby showing larger works.
His sculptures are collected widely, both in Europe and in the USA. If you would like to buy or commission a work, email him now!
