Art: Fala by Artist Sara Field
A rare and spirit-like white crow named Fala, which is Choctaw for crow. Almost magically aquired by a wildlife rehab and education center in CA, she wows everyone she meets.

I have created this folk art painting of Fala for the center's 2008 fundraiser. It is acrylic on extra deep gallery wrapped canvas and the leaves continue around the edges. I have never had the pleasure of meeting Fala in person but I do hope I have captured even just a hint of likeness of this extraordinary creature.
