This is my Quilled Painted Trillium, an original artwork created by
placing my rolls of paper beneath my cut out, simulating the veins in
the leaves and the flowers. It is framed under glass in an 8"x10" honey
oak frame, finished
piece is 10"x12". This is one of my 'New Hampshire Wildflowers'
collection, any of which can be combined for a dramatic focal piece on a
wall.
The Painted Trillium, also known as Stinking Benjamin when it is all red, is a flower that I see alot when we go North...........that means we go to Pittsburg in northern New Hampshire, on the Canadian border. It is our escape and very much in the woods.
