Welcome to Ruxandra Paul artist virtual gallery!
I am a self taught artist and I do enjoy working in oils on deep edge canvas 70/100 cm or 100/100 cm using bright colours and strong contrast.
The gallery shows several stages of my artistic work from landscapes to desirable nudes in ecstasy moments and also to abstract animals, flowers and portraits where I'm crossing over the limits of nature and I show what genetic recombination may create in a fantasy world.
My abstract art it's inspired from genetic engineering as I'm a qualified biotechnologist engineer with a passion for art that I hope it's reflected in my work.
My style of painting it's surreal and fauvist with an impressionistic flare. Sometimes I combine the styles to create the unexpected. I hope my art is a delight and a wonderment for you and I wish this visit will please you! I welcome all new collectors to my art offerings and I hope to see your return.
