This ACEO is a one-of-a-kind hand sculpted cameo on stained glass. Several types of clay are used for the sculpting, and once the work is done, it's glazed a number of times for a satiny shine and protection to last a lifetime and beyond. Because this ACEO is real stained glass, it's a bit heavy, so even though I've kept the shipping and handling price as low as I can for you, it's still a bit higher than with my normal ACEO prices. The thickness of the glass doesn't allow this ACEO to fit into a normal Trading Card sleeve, but I think you'll agree that the sleeve isn't necessary for these little toughies. This type of ACEO can proudly be displayed sitting in a tiny easel, or it's beautiful mounted in a frame without the clear glass or matting.

Stained glass sometimes has a mind of its own (this particular piece has rounded corners) when we go to cutting this stuff, and my photos don't show the edges, so I want everyone to know that every once in a while, when the glass shows its character, I only work around it and let the character stay in place. All eight of the edges and the four corners are carefully sanded so they are safe to handle, but the sides are left smooth, allowing for you to enjoy the beautiful colors from the side, with none of the frost from sanding to get in the way.
