The center piece is a giclee image on watercolor paper from my original acrylic painting. The miniature giclee is mounted on gesso-coated mat board which is in turn mounted on a 3 1/2" x 2 1/2" base piece of gesso coated mat board. I painted the base with acrylics to echo the atmosphere of the mini giclee. The entire piece has been coated with acrylic matt varnish for protection. The rooster is a detail from my acrylic on wood panel painting of "Early Dawn Farms".
