Original painting of an "old" woman.  The poem that started the "red hat" ladies movement gave me the idea for this piece.  It's a beautiful poem and it means that NOW that we are old we can do whatever we want.  We can wear what we want just because we love it.  Not every woman wants to be part of a "crowd" which is what the group has become.
