I have a lovely green witch doll for those of you who can't get enough of your witches.

The green witch is my favorite because she was my first store bought Halloween costume.

Of course, my costume was a whole lot uglier than this sweet doll.

Maev (Gaelic meaning intoxicating) and her cat Spooky are one of a kind art dolls made for Halloween display.

They're made of my own pattern and machine and hand sewn with great care for decades of enjoyment.

I use only the finest quilting fabrics, premium poly-fill and professional paints.

Maev is 23 inches tall, without her hat, from toe to head. Add another few inches when her hat is in place.

Her face is hand painted with acrylics, watercolors and archival ink and sealed with a spritz of UV resistant matte varnish.

Her hair is needle-felted and sewn to her head and is made of pure mohair.

Her handmade hat is removable and can be secured with a black glitter star hatpin.

On her chest, you'll find two Victorian antique black glass buttons.

Her skirt is hand painted by me on black fabric.

Lots of treats - candy corn, cupcakes, pumpkin cookies and hard candies - because this is a sweet witch.

The skirt is fully lined.

Maev wears bloomers and her shoes are painted on and sanded for a time worn look.

She wears antique orange tiny boot buttons on her shoes.

Her elbows and knees are tied for posing and she'll sit independently or stand (I'm including a doll stand with her).

Spooky is just that - a wide eyed black kitty who jumps at the slightest bump in the night.

Best keep Spooky in that basket (he's attached to the interior so no worries there).

Spooky has a hand painted face and is stuffed and covered with black acrylic fur.

His orange basket has black trim that matches the trim on Maev's dress and hat.
