Hi, I'm Lauren M. Davis a full-time self representing artist currently living in Pensacola Florida. I was born here, but grew up and spent most of my life in Dallas Texas and at 18 moved back to Pensacola near the end of 2000. I have been drawing since I could hold a crayon and have been painting, making sculptures and jewelry since I can remember! I have been fascinated by all types of critters large and small since I was a child, so my love for art and animals has always gone hand in hand.  In 2004 I started selling my art online as well as doing commission work and since then have sold over 975 pieces of art all over the United States, Canada, Sweden, Switzerland, Australia and Germany.  I have been specializing in colorful and lovable Pembroke Welsh Corgi Dog art since 2005 and sell my original art on ebay and occassionally have paintings buy it now listed on Etsy.  My favorite painting subjects are Corgis, all types of dogs and cats and pretty much every animal :)  I love painting dogs and cats mixed with bright, fun colors and my own original folk style.  I try to express the pure love and joy I feel for animals and the pure love and joy they give us back through my art.  My work varies from folk to realism, but one thing is for sure, you will always find happy furbabies in my paintings!!!
