I am Kiya, from Oregon currently, and am happy to say that I am finally making serious on my former doodles that carried me through my educational years. At this point, I am self-taught, but I am hoping to attend art classes as the income makes itself available.

My interests are varied but mostly include water color, acrylics, oil pastels, and pen, but it is not unlikely for me to be found in the midst of crayons, glue, scrappings, and also photos!

I'm reawakening my old flame for horses, continuing landscapes, working to improve my feline frineds, and learning how to create that ever elusive human - so that they are more than just a cartoon character. I should also add that I have two working names that I use; they are KMS and Kiya. Both are me, just depends on what piece it is (and its defining features). But I didn't want to worry any body about identity!!
