I only every see myself in front of the bathroom mirror every morning feeling a little green around the gills with my brillo-pad hair all up on the side I sleep on and that - you know the taste - in my mouth and the lines around it "pressed in" by the wrinkles in the pillow. This piece was executed in pencil and ink pens for this show. I feel that it accurately conveys my feelings about early mornings and looks so much like me that you would be able to pick me out of a crowd.
