Born and raised in the Pacific Northwest, I have long enjoyed the beauty, tranquility, and lush environment this area affords. As an avid hiker and camper, I find the mountains and ocean beaches to be some of my favorite places. Having recently lived in the beautiful Skagit Valley of Northwest Washington and now residing in the lovely Willamette Valley of Oregon, I also enjoy the rural images of life in the valley which often permeate my paintings.

Wherever I am, I find beauty and joy in my surroundings and in my life, which directly affects my ongoing approach to art. I hope you enjoy!
