This is very lively, loosely painted still life that is the second in a series of paintings that are being used as artwork for an upcoming cookbook. It's a very fresh, colorful approach that really differs from the way I usually paint figures. I love painting in different styles, and to my this little piece exudes warmth and joy, and would be great addition to a kitchen or dining room.
