Mounir was born in the Middle of England in 1977 and was raised in West London. A graduate from the prestigious London University of Arts. After successful degree shows, Mounir was awarded with many designs awards and was short listed for the Parisians Design Awards. Mounir refined his skills in London, Paris and the Middle East where he has influences from. He has worked for many Leading fashion & Interior magazines including Conde nast Vogue publications.
Mounir Houmou works has been exhibited and retailed in selected countries and have received several industry awards. He produces an array of Art Work and photography, each employing a subconscious mind process focused design approach.
The 34-year-old's work encompasses a broad range of disciplines He has been commissioned to do Art work for Exclusive London and Parisian clubs interior designs, Art work for music Artists, Has been Commissioned Designs for T shirt prints that can be seen all around the world. Has also produced Art work for independent movie films that has been nominated in the yearly Cannes film festivals and Mounir has also been featured in the Iconic Sir Terance Conran 2001 Autobiography Q&A Harper Collins Book.
Mounir's style is characterized by everything that forms subconsciously, which in turn influenced the popular design aesthetics with the twentieth century.
Latest art work, Mounir has created unique pieces inspired by the forms, patterns and colours found in nature. These luxurious collection works are digitally printed with his unique mineral, stone and fossil personal collection designs and also he has had work exhibited in place des Vosges paris, the heart of parisian Art Galleries in Paris.
