The words in Chinese say "Beautiful Benevolence" This meaning suggests that one should pay aims to the poor, care for those in trouble, and take care of his fellow man or woman. This painting is dedicated for all of those who have battled with cancer and won and for those who have lost the battle.
Created on bristol board 96 lb. Soft pastel was crumbled and ground into the work creating a washed effect. Larger pieces of pastel where then crumbled and then ground into the paper with a hard flat object to add layers and textures.
