Fawn McNeill is a Christian artist with over 25 years of experience. From wildlife to florals and scenics, she paints them in many different styles. Many of her recent paintings include angels and abstracts. Her early works have a photo-realistic quality, while many of her new paintings are full of loose brush strokes and less detail.

"I like to say my style is realistic impressionism. I love detail and realism, but I also love fast loose painterly strokes. I bounce around with different approaches, but usually come back to a somewhat realistic piece. I do break away and create abstracts as well, or combine abstract backgrounds with realistic subjects. But lately I am falling in love with the palette: Thick textures, bold colors, and way too much fun."

A self taught artist for 17 years, Fawn went back to school and earned her BFA from Florida Atlantic University (2003). She is a member of the Daily Painters Movement. She is also a member of the Plein Air Florida Painting Association.
