This very large abstract features shades of orange and yellow. When I painted this piece, I used cad.red, cad.yellow, white and burnt sienna. I blended them directly on the canvas with a big brush just to see what shades I would get. The white grid was just strips of masking tape removed after the paint was dry. I finished it off with a thin orange glaze which unified the colors a bit more. (The glazing was a tip from a fellow EBSQ artist....thanks...it helped.)
THANKS TO THE PATRONS WHO VOTED FOR THIS PAINTING IN THE "ORANGE sHOW!"
