This is an original, one of a kind painting by Midwestern Artist Diane Millsap. Painted in free flowing strokes with pallet knife and brush, it is impressionistic in style. Artist's Statement: In this painting I contrasted the energy and warmth of the the street lights and shop windows against the cold dark blues of a winter night.
