Urban Renewal Designs

We are happy to accept commissions at any time! The time involved to complete your commission depends on the scale, intricacy, etc. of the process. Generally, they have taken 2-4 weeks to complete, depending on our commissions schedule.

Once you have decided that you would like to move forward with a commission, simply email us to get started! A 50% non-refundable deposit is required to begin work on your commission. We accept commissioned work on canvas, fabric and watercolor paper.

Next you will send us, via snail mail or high res email JPG images, of any photos that you would like included in the artwork. Should you send originals, we will make copies from your paper materials to use in the collage. The original photos will not be used in the actual artwork. Should you send us originals to use, rest assured that they will be returned to you with your completed commission.

Once the artwork is at the initial design stage, we (either myself or De, depending on whom is doing your commission) will email you a JPG so you can see the progress and let us know if you'd like any changes After we have finished the artwork, we will email you a digital photo of your commission for your approval. Once you have signed off on the final artwork, you will send the balance payment and then we will ship the artwork to you!
