Summer Treat
One of my favorite fruits is a strawberry – they look so cheerful with their little white blossoms! I felt the need to make this little tribute to summer’s arrival here in the Black Hills, where the winter is very long.
This was painted in many layers of colored pencil, using mineral spirits to blend the base layer.
