This was originally created for the show, �Reinterpreting Children's Art�. I based it on a drawing my sister did for me when she was a child, of a girl standing in the rain (except the rain was hearts!). The duck with the red umbrella just showed up on his own, I think he saw her dancing there and thought it looked like fun! This was created with watercolor glazes over a base wash of thin white gouache.
