Black tie may be optional, but Red shoes are Required. This is the second of my red shoe series. Fire flaming red, striking sparks with a need to dance. It is enough to knock your socks off. This is color pencil on MDF Wood Panel. Each hue is built up slowly, layer by layer, until a deep saturation of color is achieved. The final finish is very much like that of an oil painting.
