This is the lasted addition to my life journal. It sums up and condenses the decision making process of making some very tough decisions to put a feeding tube in in my sister in law over the last few months. Noreen is a love and a joy, even though she is mentally disabled, deaf and mute. She could not speak for herself and the decision fell to my husband. I wager it was the hardest thing we will ever go through in this lifetime.
