Prospectus:

“Alice’s Adventures In Wonderland” and “Through The Looking Glass, And What Alice Found” are two works of children’s literature that have captured and held the imagination of people of all ages. So much found in these books have become part of our culture and collective consciousness. Alice and her worlds have appeared in movies and rock songs, on t-shirts and bumper stickers. Our imaginations have taken these characters, stories and words from the technicolors of Disney, to psychedelia, to horror with stops everywhere in between.

This show is all about Alice and everything found in Wonderland and Through The Looking Glass. There are no media restrictions. Any and all materials may be used to create your entry. An artist's statement is required with every entry. This statement should include information about your subject, why you chose it and what book it is from. Tell us about the materials and process you used to create your entry and something about why you chose to represent your subject in the manner or media that you did. Your statement is an important element in presenting your work online and helps make your work more accessible for the viewer. If texture or other small elements are pivotal to the piece, detail shots are encouraged. Eligible entries must meet all points of the prospectus. If you have any questions regarding the prospectus and its requirements, please send them to edu@ebsqart.com.
