A beautiful yellow-haired fairy smells the strange, ornamental flowers that grow in her garden. The twisting, decorative shapes and the hard-edge soft-interior look of this painting was inspired by the work of Alphonse Mucha; I wanted to put it into the context of my favorite subject, fairies! The result I am very pleased with; this is truly one of my favorite pieces, because of its elegant and golden mood.
