I did this one especially for the classic myth show on Ebsqart. I never could help but think of new ways to portray things already written on papyrus. In the myths of Greece Chronus Killed Saturn to gain the throne of the Gods. Zeus in turn did the same to Chronos except for the fact that chronos supposedly fell to Earth where he lived out his life as a man and taught the men of the world many things.

Chronos was the father of time in the myths. I chose the egg shape instead of a human shape for this god. To me the egg has allways been the most natural representation of time other than a cocoon.

This is a major collage. First I had to layer a pict of clouds with a pict of a nebula. Then there was alot of tweaking to get the right flow and color I wanted. After merging the two layers I added a lens effect to warp into it an image of an egg. Then I opened up another cloud pict and tweaked it's contrast and luminosity to a point where I believed the egg would stand out. Then I had to clone the egg shape into the picture and in turn clone the clouds back towards it to blend in the lines. Finally I resized the board size behind the pict and then turned it black to give the square shape a ratio 1.25 shape.
