Meaning: To me the color purple is a powerful, passionate yet peaceful color. The smell of lavender and the color purple, along with the helping heart in hand represent the gift of tranquility.

Methods: First a One of a kind fabric collage journal cover was created for the AAAD Calendar project. Each collage is a combination of image transfers, fabrics, lace and other embellishments. Each was created with a word theme. Additional digital layering and text were added to the scanned fabric piece.
