I painted this for the sole purpose to show in the "Daffodil Festival" in Lake Oswego, OR But besides that, I love daffodils! I love the crisp, bright color and shape they have, how straight they stand and happy they make me feel. This yellow daffodil has lovely casts of blue within the shadows of the petals, which complements the warm glow within.
