inspired by robert robie's "the bluegrass spring", pictured in the details below, i created "crazy blue spring grass love".

when discussing the piece, rob told me it's about "love changing everything predatory in nature - a fertility symbol" so i chose to include coupled animals and insects in a moment of summer bliss!

i thoroughly enjoyed working on this piece. thank you to rob for sharing your work with me in this project.
