This is a painted wooden bowl by Woodcraftery and is some sort of hardwood. The figure painted is the Queen of Cups, one of the Court Cards of the Tarot. She represents cardinal water or the Astrological sign of Cancer. ( In some Tarot systems she is called Queen of Vessels ) Her characteristics are dreaminess and tranquillity. She is transparent and conducts emotional feelings from the deepest level. If you wish to use this bowl as a divinatory object use it to discover the hidden emotional nature. Included with this painted bowl are 9 green fish made of clear green plastic. Three are marked with a black dot for "Yes". Three fish are marked on the tails with a black line for "No" . and Three fish are unmarked for "Maybe" . The bowl is sealed with several layers of sealer. It is water resistant . " Not for food or beverage. The outside of the bowl is painted with many layers of paint of different colors and sealed after each coat of paint has dried.
