We nurture a Milkweed patch in our garden and each year welcome the return of the glorious Monarch butterfly. Last year I captured this amazing photograph of two large caterpillars munching their way through the precious milkweed. I found it amazing that they were on opposite sides of the same leaf. A fanciful look at the ongoing survival of a magnificent creature.
