These necklaces start with a 1 1/5" wooden disc. A small detail print of one of my original paintings is secured onto the primed disc, enhanced with Derwent Inktense colored pencils and finished with Golden polymer varnish for colorfastness and moisture resistance. The backs of the discs are painted using acrylic pigments and then they are added to cord, chains, or my handmade necklaces. Each one is different, and each one has it's own story. And each is instilled with a little bit of magic.

This necklace features two different necklaces that I had in my jewelry box from days gone by. I used a mini glass bottle that I filled with fairy dust for good luck, and a pretty vintage rhinestone button. A toggle clasp finishes the piece off.
