I remember hot days in grammer school. The teacher would let us all take out a piece of paper and color it. Then we would fold the paper into a fan and were allowed to keep it on our desk all day, fanning ourselves when needed. I decorated my paper with stamps and paints and markers. Once folded, I decided to solder the edges so that I could add a jump ring and make these into earrings. From scraps of the paper fan earrings, I created a collage, stating, Be Cool. This collage I scanned and resized, then put under glass into a wearable pendant. The pendant is 1x1.5 inches wide. The earrings hang just under 2 inches. They are light, but sturdy, with the combination of paper and solder.
