One of my favorite things that Tick has given me are my chucks. I entered one of the left shoes from the newest pair and the oldest.The low tops that are white and greenish were the first pair she gave me and i couldnt have enjoyed them more, after i had worn them until the sides desinagrated i found some old cloth from various sewing projects that we had taken up but never finished and remade the sides it was held together by safety pins, tape, and random buttons i had. They changed with my mood for the years that i wore them but i finally retired them when the back gave out and Tick sent me my high tops. Just like my low tops my high tops change with my mood the tops started ripping so i fixed it with cloth from my old sleeping pants. The bottom picture is a random shot of an older version of my high tops but the other is the most recent. My chucks mean so much to me, especially since they are presents from my great friend tick, so i try to make them last as long as possible. Even when age has them down. Because we all know that All-Stars are the best shoes ever!!! W00T! Done with that novel!
