I have seen this pretty little flower so many times, in so many places, and never knew its name. Lobelia. Pretty name, isn't it? Sounds Shakespearian. Not in a tragic way. More like a pretty mid-summer night's fairy tale, filled with magical creatures, where the Elven Queen's name is Lobelia. And she's wearing a blue gown, of course, which conceals her from evil spirits....What would be her lover's name? Amaryllis? Cyclamin? Goldenseal? (-:
