This is my RIP of Lisa Thorton Whittaker. I thought it was time to do a polish pottery still life based on Lisa's painting she has done with her fiestaware that she has stacked. Lisa did 2 paintings of fiesta ware that she stacked her pieces. She stacked her pieces in her painting "Cup in a bowl in a bowl in a bowl...". and she stacked her fiestaware in her painting "Bowls", she also did another fiesta ware painting of just teapots titled "Short and Stout". It was a lot of fun pairing with Lisa for this show and I really enjoyed putting my Polish pottery in a still life inspired by Lisa. It was a fun set up and I am relieved to say that no Polish pottery was injured in the set up! :0)
