These are Rebecca Lansdown's (artpaw.com) dogs, Ajax and Tommy. I have etched Tommy and Ajax in to mirrors and also painted their likeness on panes next to the etchings. On the bottom panes I have added a chalk board panel, metal magnetic panel, cork panel, and a mirror that are all under scored by a row of 7 hooks that can be used for keys, etc. I chose a small silver chain to use as loops and then to hang this piece by as it is quite heavy. I love making functional art and though this piece took more time then I originally thought, I was able to learn how to etch so I'm proud of how it came out.
