For my son's first Christmas we gave him a rocking horse -- his first pony. Now, four years old, he still rides it. This is the toy I wished that I'd had as a child. This is partially based on a photo I took and drawn live. It has been sprayed with an archival matte fixative. I chose colored pencil for this art trading card because of the detail I could acheive with it.
