As many of you may know, toward the end of last month, our ISP picked up and physcially moved all of their machines (including EBSQ's servers) to a new data center. During the subsequent downtime and the weird move-related glitches that followed, we heard from many of you that you didn't realize how much time you spent on the site, nor how much you valued our services. As an artist's community, that's always gratifying to hear, particularly when dealing with what amounted to a technical nightmare for our staff. And it left us wondering, how and why do YOU use EBSQ?

Many of you came to our live journal for the very first time during our downtime. Getting to hear your feedback (both the positive and negative) was really helpful, particularly since we couldn't really communicate any other way with our servers being down. We'd love to hear from you again, or for the first time if you haven't visited us there yet. So please, stop by. Let us know how you're doing, and how we're doing to serve you! We also welcome you to visit our forums, particularly if you haven't been there before!

Hope to see you soon!
