A Potpourri of How -To's : Using EBSQ's Site Functions


How To Recommend A Book

  • Click on "Learn." Scroll down and click on "Recommended Reading."
  • Type in a title or subject in the "Search For Books At Amazon" box. Click "Submit."
  • Find the title you are looking for and click "Recommend."
  • Select the appropriate category enter, any comments and click "Submit."

Creating Certificates Of Authenticity

  • Click on "Profile" under your log-in name next to the revolving art in the upper right hand corner of the page.
  • Scroll down and click on "Art Case/Portfolio" under "Image Tools."
  • Find the piece in your portfolio that you are looking for and click on the "Edit Item" drop down menu and click "Go."
  • Select "Create COA." Check the information on the piece and click "Next."
  • Check the information and click "Preview." This will generate the COA. Check it over and it is accurate, click "Save."
  • From this page you can email and print the COA.

Managing Your Certificates Of Authenticity

  • Click on "Profile" under your log-in name next to the revolving art in the upper right hand corner of the page.
  • Scroll down and click on "Manage COAs" under "Tools" - "General Tools."
  • Here you can access the COAs that for art that you bought and art that you have sold.
  • To see the COAs for work that you own, scroll down to "Search/Filter Certificates", go to "Show COA's" and select "Art I Created" or "Art I Own/Bought".
  • You can also search by keyword or date.

Managing Your Art Case / Portfolio

  • Click on "Profile" under your log-in name next to the revolving art in the upper right hand corner of the page.
  • Scroll down and click on "Art Case/Portfolio." Find the piece in your portfolio that you are looking for and click on the "Edit Item" drop down menu.
  • From here you can enter shows, generate templates and create thumbnails.
  • If you simply click "Go" without selecting anything from the drop down menu, it will take you to the Add/Edit Art Case Item page and from there you can edit your statement, add or delete images and change it's gallery placement.

How To Use EBSQ's Image Hosting

  • Click on "Profile" under your log-in name next to the revolving art in the upper right hand corner of the page.
  • Scroll down and click on "Image Hosting" under "Image Tools."
  • Scroll down and click "Add." Click "Browse" and locate the image file that you want to upload. Double click on the file and then click "Save."
  • From "Image Hosting" you can also edit the images that you are hosting, as well as move items to your Art Case.
