This silvery pocket watch case holds memories of Steam Train dreams using vintage elements. A stunning black glass intaglio has an incredibly detailed steam train etched into the back of the glass. It is a golden brass color that is complimented with bits of scroll work and gears. Down at the bottom is a beautifully engraved pocket watch piece from an fine Elgin pocket watch.   It is still available over on my www.clockworkzero.etsy.com site.  More photos of it over there.  

In this piece I was trying to create the sensation of looking through a small window - the case framed it well, creating a nice mobile wearable piece of art.
