It is the weekly tea party and they prepare for it all week.  Who is who and with whom.  You know how it goes.  This is a 9x12" done in color pencil and in Alfred Manzier style.  Alfred Manzier did many post cards in the 1930 of cats doing normal run of the mill "people" things often with a bit of an sinister twist.  I found several of the cards when clearing out my Mother's house and I have been hooked ever since.  I wanted to do the same thing with my kitties minus the truly sinister. lol
