This is a special portrait I did for a fellow EBSQ artist of her adorable guinea pig Mona Mia. She has since passed away so I am happy she has this memorial to her precious pig! My friend said she was quite the diva too! Guinea pigs are so cute, I used to see them all the time as a vet tech and though I couldn't have them around my house (too many curious cats here!) I loved seeing them come through the clinic. This rock was the perfect shape to paint one of these cute rodents. I'm happy to include this in EBSQ's 2009 Rodent Show.
