This is my first painting in quite a while, so it was nice to get back to my art. Theses Snowdrops, are an inspiration to me because of how they bloom contrary to most flowers. I really identify with that. I do things my own way too LOL. I find beauty in the odd or different.

Snowdrops are a hearty plant which blooms primarily in the winter months. The bloom is down facing, and when it opens it has three main petals, and a smaller blossom in the center with many petals.

This painting was created from several refrence photos, using custom mixed colors, and a very fine detailing brush for the lining work.
