"Are we there yet?"
The roadtrip is so much a part of our culture that these words stand as icons. What is it about getting in a car or a on bus and driving that has so captured our imagination? Is it the roadside attractions? Fighting with your sibs in the back seat? The postcards from every stop? Playing the license plate game? Celebrate the spirit that inspired Kerouac's "On the Road" and is epitomized by the Great American "Pilgrim" Road, Route 66. Show us work embodying bumperstickers, tacky souviners, campgrounds, motel pools, the quintessential buddy trip, tourist traps galore, and endless natural wonders. The list is goes on and on...
