- Nest in Hand
As with most sculpture, this looks better in true life than in any photo I could provide.
The objective of this project was to take a plaster cast of your hand and transform it into something else. I carved away at the hand to make it appear wood-like. The nest and eggs were created using Japanese Paper strips. They are securely mounted into a wooden panel and the weight is offset in the bottom.
